PROTECTING GOD'S CHILDREN

Attendance is required within six months of hire or assignment date for anyone who may have contact with children. The three-hour workshop builds awareness and empowers attendees to intervene and prevent potentially harmful situations or behavior. Each participant must register online at http://www.virtus.org/ in order to receive credit.

CHANGING LIVES TOGETHER

Changing Lives Together (C L T) is a $135 million campaign to strengthen Catholic parishes in southeast Michigan, enhance Catholic school tuition assistance, increase support for priestly formation and lay leadership development, and preserve Church ministries in Detroit. Through Changing Lives Together, every parish in the Archdiocese of Detroit is:

• Determining its pastoral priorities
• Identifying its unique needs
• Developing a parish plan to raise the resources to fulfill its mission

The Catholic Services Appeal gives us all a chance to put our faith into action, uniting us as one community that shares Christ in and through the Church.
