The Submenu located in the sidebar includes multiple categories. To view All Events & Activities in the Blue Water Vicariate, choose that link. Follow suit for the other categories. To add a category which is not currently listed, please send info to [email protected].

Sending Event Info for Placement

Advertising on the Vicariate Calendar is open to all parishes/schools and organizations that sponsor events beneficial to our brethren. To maximize event potential, participation and attendance, parishes and schools are encouraged to effectively advertise their activities by sending in article info upon finalization of event planning. The longer an event is on the Calendar:

• the more exposure it receives in advance of the event date
• more people will see it and spread the word
• the more time we have to send to additional advertising resources

As this system was designed to make things easier at the parish office/school office/event chairperson level, please share this information with anyone you know who may be in charge of advertising/chairing a future event.

Articles should include:

Event Name

Event Date (s)

Begin & End Time (s)

Location Name & Address

Contact Name & Phone/Email

Menu & Prices (for meals, etc)

Deadlines of any type

Handicap Accessible?

An Inviting Narrative (sell your activity- make it a "don't miss" event!)

Event Flyers in PUBLISHER/WORD (attach to email & we'll PDF it after harvesting the info)
